Bearcats Battle Monmouth to Homecoming Night Draw

The Binghamton Bearcats men's soccer team battled the Monmouth Hawks to a 0-0 double overtime tie at the Bearcats Sports Complex on Saturday evening. On Homecoming night an announced crowd of 1,275 looked on as neither side could score through double overtime.

The two teams played to a similar result last year when they fought to a scoreless double overtime tie at Monmouth.  The Hawks are now 1-0-2 versus BU.  On the season the Hawks are still winless with a record of 0-5-1 while Binghamton is 2-4-1.

The Bearcats had the edge in shots with a 16 while Monmouth had 9.  Goalkeeper Mats
