The Binghamton Mets look to take the rubber game of their series against the Reading Fightin Phils tonight when they meet at 6:35 (air at 6:20 on News Radio 1290 WNBF) at NYSEG Stadium.  Last night the B-Mets picked up a 7-3 win to put their season record at 54-61.  Reading falls to 77-39.  The Fightin Phils have the best record in the Eastern League but are just 2.5 games ahead of the Trenton Thunder in the Eastern Division.

Last night super prospect Amed Rosario went 3-4 and scored a pair of runs for the B-Mets.  Tonight, Ricky Knapp makes the start for Binghamton. He is 1-0.

Binghamton departs after tonight's game to begin an eight-game road trip beginning tomorrow (Friday) night in Harrisburg.  The B-Mets return home on Friday, August 19 as they host the Portland Sea Dogs.
