The Binghamton Rumble Ponies meet the Bowie Baysox at Prince Georges Stadium today (Wednesday)at 12:05 (air at 11:50 AM on CBS Sports Radio 1360 AM).  The Rumble Ponies snapped a seven-game losing streak last night with a 4-3 win over the Baysox.  Andres Gimenez hit a home run to tie the game in the fifth inning and then drove in the winning run in the eighth inning.  Patrick Mazeika went 3-5 and had a pair of doubles in the winning effort.

The Rumble Ponies look to win the series rubber game today.  The Rumble Ponies have gone 1-9 in rubber games and 10-25 in series finales.  With the win last night Binghamton ups its record to 26-36 in the second half of the season. Binghamton is still ten games behind first place Reading in the Eastern Division.

Tommy Wilson is Binghamton's starting pitcher.  He is having a solid second half of the season. His record is 4-5 with an ERA of 4.57.  Bowie counters with Cody Sedlock who is 1-1 and a 2.95 ERA.

Following today's game the Rumble Ponies game today they continue their road trip with a visit to Manchester, New Hampshire for a four-game series against the Fisher Cats.  Binghamton returns home to close the season against the Portland Sea Dogs and Hartford Yard Goats.
