The Colgate Raiders withstood a big comeback effort by the Binghamton Bearcats at the Events Center on Wednesday night and came away with an 82-74 road win.  Binghamton was paced by Pierre Sarr who led all scorers with 24 points and also grabbed 11 rebounds for a double-double.  Brenton Mills went five for seven from beyond the arc and finished with 21 points.  Fellow freshman George Tinsley, the America East Rookie of the Week, notched his second straight double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds.

With the win Colgate moves to 6-3 and wins its fifth straight contest. After winning four straight the Bearcats have now lost two in a row and fall to 4-5. Binghamton's next game is Saturday December 7 when the Boston Terriers visit for a 2:00 PM contest.  Air is set for 1:45 on News Radio 1290 WNBF.
