Woman Accused of Stealing from Coventry Fire Department

The former Coventry Fire Department Treasurer is accused of stealing $10,000 from the department from April 2015 through January 2017.

Chenango County Sheriff’s officials say 56 year old Julie Mae Clark of Coventry is charged with grand larceny.

Authorities say the investigation is continuing and additional charges are pending.

Clark’s been ordered to appear in Town of Coventry Court at a later date.
