Three Arrested in Cortlandville Smoke Shop Robbery
Three people are being charged in connection with the armed robbery of a Cortlandville smoke shop at 12:54 a.m. Friday, March 4.

18-year-old Gage Smith and 21-year-old Abigail Marical of Cortland are both charged with felony counts of burglary, grand larceny and conspiracy while an unnamed 17-year-old is also under arrest in the holdup at Top Ten Smok Shop.
Cortland County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to the business on Route 222 with a report of a holdup.
Investigators say at least two males entered the store and displayed weapons before leaving in a four-door sedan with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Officers determined the get-away car was a tan Toyota Camry and tracked down Smith shortly before 10:30 Friday night.
Maricle was picked up on Monday evening and charged. The teen was also arrested on Monday.
Officials say the investigation is continuing and anyone with information is asked to call Sergeant Timothy Jones at (607) 758-5537.
