The Binghamton Rumble Ponies had another  rain out last night (Friday) at NYSEG Stadium.  This wasn't just one game but two KO'd by rainy weather.  The Ponies were attempting to make-up a previous rain out earlier in the season.  You know it has been a tough, rainy, wet spring when you get rained out attempting to make-up rescheduled games originally rained out. The Rumble Ponies have had eight overall games postponed by inclement weather and Friday's marked the fifth home postponement.

The Rumble Ponies now are scheduled to host New Hampshire in two consecutive twinbills starting with today's action at 5:05 PM at NYSEG Stadium.  Then, tomorrow (Sunday) the teams meet for two more games beginning at 1:05 PM.

The Rumble Ponies carry a record of 28-24 into weekend action.  In 14 prior meetings so far this season Binghamton and New Hampshire have each won seven outings.  The Fisher Cats sport the top Eastern League record coming in at 33-19.  Fans will get to see one of the top prospects in minor league baseball in action for the Fisher Cats.  Vladimir Guerrero, Jr. is hitting at a .414 clip.
