Despite three straight road losses Binghamton continues to have the best road record in the Eastern League. The Rumble Ponies are 28-16 on the road and have outscored opponents by 59 runs in road games.  Reading holds a .5 game lead over second place Trenton in the early portion of the second-half schedule.  Binghamton is 3.5 games out of first place entering tonight's action.
