The Binghamton Rumble Ponies hope to pick up where they left off last night when they meet the Akron RubberDucks at Canal Park tonight.  Binghamton ripped 17 hits and rolled to a 16-3 victory over Akron to record its fourth consecutive win on Monday night.  The win upped Binghamton's record to 8-4 while the RubberDucks drop to 7-10.

With last night's victory Binghamton moved to 6-2 on the road this season which is the club's best road start since 2003.  Binghamton's Andres Giminez, Braxton Lee, Ali Sanchez and Mike Paez all are riding six-game hitting streaks entering Tuesday night's game.

David Peterson gets the start on the mound for the Rumble Ponies.  He is 0-1 with an ERA of 3.12.  Akron starts Sean Brady who is 0-1 with a 2.57 ERA.

Following Wednesday night's game the Rumble Ponies return home to host the Portland Sea Dogs on Thursday evening at 6:35.  All games home and away can be heard on News Radio 1290 WNBF.
