The Binghamton Rumble Ponies are on the road for six consecutive games beginning tonight in Erie against the Seawolves.  Both teams and fans are enjoying the first game.  At first pitch time the temperatures were in the 70's with sunny skies...a far cry from the rainy and damp weather the Rumble Ponies faced in Binghamton during their recent home stand.  In four scheduled games versus the Seawolves at NYSEG Stadium two games got postponed and one game was suspended in the first inning all due to unplayable field conditions.  Both teams need to enjoy the night.  The heavy rainfall that is predicted for our area is expected to hit Erie on the way here tomorrow.
