An Endwell woman is taking her love for coffee to the next level by starting her own business.

Danielle Edgington says she plans to open Paula's Coffee House in West Endicott on Monday morning.

Edgington worked for several years at a Starbucks store in the town of Dickinson. She's now looking forward to serving coffee at the new business at 110 North Page Avenue.

Edgington says the coffee house is named in memory of her late grandmother.

The shop will serve coffee and other beverages, along with pastries for takeout. The coffee is being obtained from Java Joe's Roasting Company in Binghamton.

Edgington says she was walking with her children near West Endicott Park a few months ago when she noticed a "For Rent" sign on the building. She contacted the owner and started working on setting up the new business.

Paula's Coffee House will be open from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. every day.
