Man Charged Again for Drug Sales in Sidney

A man hailing from Binghamton and Queens, who was arrested in Delaware County September 29 on heroin possession charges, has been arrested again.

Sheriff’s Deputies say 31 year old Sean Dingle was charged October 13 with two additional counts of possession of drugs with intent to sell in connection with an investigation into heroin sales in the Town of Sidney.

Authorities seized 100 bags of heroin in the first arrest on the 29^th.

After his arrest on the additional charges, Dingle’s bail was raised from $50,000 to $250,000.
