Criminal Possession

36-year-old James Young of Macungie, Pennsylvania, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree and Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in the 3rd Degree, following a traffic stop in the Town of Dickinson.

Brian J. Bradbury of Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a narcotics investigation in the City of Binghamton.

Lesa Savage, age 35, of Binghamton, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a warrant execution in the City of Binghamton.

45-year-old Nicholas Madugno from Whitney Point was charged with four counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a traffic stop in the Town of Windsor.

Following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton, Christopher Knapp from Port Crane was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree and Resisting Arrest.

36-year-old James Barnett, from Endicott, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following an investigation into suspicious behavior in the Town of Union.

Darl Ellis, Sr. of Windsor, was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree, following a traffic stop in the Town of Windsor.

Bail Jumping

Following a warrant execution in the Village of Marathon, Samantha Conklin of Cincinnatus was charged with Bail Jumping in the 3rd Degree.

Resisting Arrest

Following a warrant execution in the City of Binghamton, 55-year-old Jamal Brown, Jr.,  of Binghamton, was charged with Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree.

Multiple Charges

39-year-old Sean Werner of Binghamton was charged with two counts of Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree, a Class E Felony, Child Endangerment, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Unlawful Dissemination of an Intimate Image, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Fenton.

Criminal Obstruction

Benjamin Karika of Richford was charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing/Blood Circulation, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Lisle.

Criminal Contempt

Douglas Szymanski of Lisle was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Lisle.

In the Town of Union, following an investigation into an order of protection violation, Jesse Catanzaro, age 35 of Endicott, was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree and Harassment in the 2nd Degree.

Criminal Mischief

34-year-old Jay Nieves from the Town of Binghamton was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree, a Class E Felony, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Binghamton.

Traffic Violations

Mark Florance, Sr. of Binghamton, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st Degree, a Class E Felony, and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.

23-year-old Mark Cortez of Binghamton was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense), Operating a Motor Vehicle w/BAC >.08% (1st Offense), and Aggravated DWI,  following a DWI investigation in the Village of Johnson City.

Kevin Kelly from Endicott was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense), along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the Town of Union.

Following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Maine, Andrew Petroski, age 32, from Endicott, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense), a Misdemeanor, along with multiple traffic violations.
