The documentary filmmaker Josh Fox and 20 other people were charged with trespassing following a demonstration at an energy company's property in Schuyler County.

Fox was part of a group protesting a proposal by Crestwood Midstream Partners to expand a Seneca Lake gas storage facility.

Fox wrote and directed the "Gasland" documentary films highlighting concerns of people who live in areas where high-volume hydraulic fracturing - or fracking - is used to obtain natural gas.

Fox discussed his concerns about the project Thursday on WNBF Radio's Binghamton Now program.
