Endicott Goes to the (Police) Dogs

People passing through one western Broome County community may be thinking the Village is going to the dogs.  In a way, they’re right.

The Endicott Police Department and the Southern Tier Police Canine Association Incorporated have been hosting their 27^th annual conference.

As part of that, everything from bloodhounds to Labradors and Beagles have paws pounding the pavement running training exercises.
