Binghamton’s annual Spring Restaurant Week is about to be seated for its 12th year.

Founded in 2010, the week of discount dining in Downtown Binghamton has raised over $150,000 for local charities.  This week, the Forum Theatre has been named the beneficiary.

Binghamton Restaurant Week runs March 29 to April 7 with lunch and dinner specials at a dozen locally-owned Binghamton Restaurants.

In addition to raising funds for the designated charities for each of the weeks, organizers say the promotion has brought in more than $3.5 million dollars in sales at the participating restaurants.

The featured three-course meals at each restaurant could be new offerings developed just for the Restaurant Week menu or could be old favorites for new-customers and long-time patrons to savor.  The meals range in price at as little as 12-dollars for lunch to 20-dollars for dinner.
