Binghamton Police Seeking Suspects in Deadly August Shooting
Investigators are continuing to pursue leads in connection with the fatal shooting that occurred on Binghamton's East Side more than a month ago.
29-year-old Tyshawn J. Hickman of Binghamton was pronounced dead shortly after the early-morning attack on August 8.

Police officers found Hickman and another man on the ground behind a building on Montgomery Street after several gunshots rang out.
The other man was taken to Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City for treatment of a life-threatening head injury.

Binghamton Police Chief John Ryan told WNBF News Monday that no arrests have yet been made in connection with the investigation.
Ryan said the condition of the man who was seriously hurt in the incident has improved. The man - who has not been publicly identified - has regained consciousness but he remains hospitalized.

Two Binghamton police officers were posted nearby when several shots were heard. They had been monitoring activity around Pancho's Caribbean Kitchen, which had been the source of persistent complaints from neighbors.
People with information about the case may contact the Binghamton Police Department detective division at (607) 772-7080.
