Castle Creek Death Investigated

Bob Joseph/ WNBF News [file][/caption]Broome County Sheriff’s officials are looking into the death of a man whose body was found in his home in Castle Creek early Saturday, October 29.

Investigators say they believe 52 year old Timothy Maxwell’s death was due to accidental causes but they are considering other possibilities.

His body was found at the foot of basement stairs at the home on Castle Creek Road.

Sheriff’s officials have not released the cause of the man’s death.
