The arrests and charges listed below do not reflect all the activities of the Broome County Sheriff's Department for the week. All persons are considered innocent unless proven guilty in court.

All arrests and charges are part of ongoing investigations conducted by local law enforcement agencies, including the Broome County Sheriff's Office, the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, and other law enforcement agencies.
Terroristic Threat
David Kellerman of Port Crane was charged with making a Terroristic Threat following an investigation into threatening messages sent in the Town of Fenton.
Reckless Endangerment/Criminal Possession/DWI
Lester Dillon from Binghamton was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Unlawful Possession of a Certain Ammo Feed Device, and several traffic violations following a traffic stop in the Town of Binghamton. In a separate investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Binghamton, Dillon was charged with Reckless Endangerment in the 1st Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd Degree.
Criminal Contempt
Stepan Mykytyuk from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Dickinson.
Criminal Possession
Jose Vazquez of Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, and Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree following a traffic stop in the Village of Johnson City.
Nicholas Neer from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 3rd Degree and Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree, following separate larceny investigations in the Town of Conklin and the Town of Colesville.
Criminal Mischief
Ryan Owen of Binghamton was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree, a Class E Felony, Resisting Arrest, a Class A Misdemeanor, Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, following an investigation into a dispute in the Town of Dickinson.
Harrassment
Thomas Williams from Endicott was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into a dispute in the Town of Union.
Obstruction of Governmental Administration
Kristine Webb of Binghamton was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, and several traffic violations following an investigation into suspicious activity in the Town of Fenton.
Marshall Gjiza from Johnson City was charged with Resisting Arrest and Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree following a warrant execution related to separate charges in the Village of Johnson City.
Petit Larceny
Beth Harasta was charged with three counts of Petit Larceny following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.
Joseph Buchanan, Jr. was charged with Petit Larceny following a larceny investigation in the City of Binghamton.
Criminal Trespass
Jesse Wolcott of Binghamton was charged with Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree following a criminal trespass investigation in the Town of Chenango.
