A 35-year-old man faces a half-dozen charges after he was accused of having sex with a teenage girl.

Authorities said Daniel Totten of West Endicott was arrested by Broome County Sheriff's Office detectives.

Investigators said Totten was charged with first-degree rape, second-degree rape and first-degree sexual abuse. He also faces three counts of unlawfully dealing with a child.

Officials said Totten allegedly provided alcohol to three underage individuals at a Town of Union residence.

As part of the same investigation, police said Totten was accused of having sexual intercourse and sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl.

Totten was arraigned in Union town court and sent to Broome County Jail without bail.
