The names of the three children and three adults who died as a result of Monday's fire at an Endwell motel have been released by investigators.

According to New York State Police, a family of five was located on the second floor of the Knights Inn on East Main Street. 29-year-old Joshua Molyneaux and 27-year-old Dominique Cruz-Champion were found in a room with their children: 10-month-old Zacariah, 2-year-old Romyn and 3-year-old Ella.

The sixth victim, 58-year-old Michelle Woolfolk, was located in a room on the first floor of the motel.

State Police Captain Lucas Anthony said investigators determined "human factors" were involved in causing the fire. He said 24-year-old Tyler Russell was arrested shortly before 8:30 Monday evening.

Russell has been charged with six counts of manslaughter and one count of arson in connection with the fire. Anthony said no other suspects are being sought in the case.

Broome County District Attorney Paul Battisti said Russell was located Monday afternoon at Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City. He had been transported to the hospital by ambulance to be treated for injuries he sustained at the Knights Inn.

Anthony said the suspect's injuries were not related to the fire. He said Russell had sustained some abrasions to his hands when he fell in the motel parking lot.

Police have released the crime scene but the building is not accessible. Anthony said state police will remain at the site to "maintain community safety."

The investigation into the fire is ongoing. Anthony said people with information may contact the state police at 607-561-7400.
