The Broome County Sheriff's Office released the weekly arrest report on May 6, 2025.

Arrests and charges from the Broome County Sheriff's Office do not reflect all the department's activity for the week. All persons are considered innocent unless proven guilty in court.

All arrests and charges are open and ongoing investigations through local law enforcement agencies, including the Broome County Sheriff's Office, Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, or other law enforcement agencies.

Petit Larceny

Anthony Kammerer, from Binghamton, was charged with three counts of Petit Larceny following three separate larceny investigations in the Town of Union.

Nicholas Neer from Port Crane was charged with Petit Larceny following a larceny investigation in the Town of Chenango.

Jordan Charles of Deposit was charged with Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Criminal Trespass following a larceny investigation in the Village of Deposit.

Criminal Possession

Nicole Beebe of Greene was charged with Criminal Possession in the 7th Degree and Resisting Arrest following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.

Melissa Phillips from Windsor was charged with Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a traffic stop in the Town of Kirkwood.

Possession of A Forged Instrument

Dilan Bernard was charged with Possession of a Forged Instrument in the 2nd Degree,  and Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree following a forgery investigation in the Village of Johnson City.

Assault

Olivia Kellogg of Binghamton was charged with Assault in the 2nd Degree, Assault in the 3rd Degree, Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, and two counts of Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree following an investigation into property damage/vandalism in the Town of Chenango.
