Arrests and charges from the Broome County Sheriff's Office do not reflect all the department's activity for the week. All persons are considered innocent unless proven guilty in court.

All arrests and charges are open and ongoing investigations through local law enforcement agencies, including the Broome County Sheriff's Office, Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, or other law enforcement agencies.

Obstruction Of Governmental Administration

Erika Spagnola of Vestal was charged with Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in the 3rd Degree, Reckless Driving, Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree following a dispute and pursuit in the towns of Dickinson and Vestal.

Isabela Yarbrough from Chenango Forks was charged with Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.

Amy Jo Holden from the Town of Dickinson was charged with Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into bail jumping in the Village of Endicott.

Jamal Green from Binghamton was charged with Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree following a warrant execution in Binghamton.

Bail Jumping

Joshua Antalek of Endicott was charged with Bail Jumping in the 3rd Degree following an investigation into bail jumping in the Village of Endicott.

Criminal Possession

Joshua Green of Johnson City was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a warrant execution in the City of Binghamton.

Criminal Contempt

Brenda Pierson from Endicott was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Union.

Petit Larceny

Nicholas Kalogris of Endicott was charged with Petit Larceny following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.
