Broome County Foreclosed Properties on the Auction Block

Some residential and commercial properties could be picked up cheap at the latest Broome County Real Property Tax Foreclosure Auction.

Over 90 properties are to be auctioned off June 22 at the Holiday Inn Binghamton on Hawley Street.  Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. with the auction staring promptly at 10.

Tax maps can be viewed online at the Broome County GIS Portal (www.bcgis.com) and a complete list of properties and auction rules and procedures can be found at www.manasseauctions.com.

Properties to be auctioned off, as-is, are located in the City of Binghamton and the Towns of Barker, Binghamton, Chenango, Colesville, Conklin, Deposit/Sanford, Dickins, Fenton, Kirkwood, Lisle, Maine, Nanticoke, Sanford, Triangle, Union, Vestal and Windsor and the Village of Port Dickinson.
