Broome Businesses Get Help in E-Commerce During Eggs & Issues
The Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce is holding an “Eggs and Issues” event March 5 to help local businesses sell online more successfully.
Business leaders note the pandemic has moved many retailers in the direction of selling online and, for many, designing websites, marketing and filling orders is unfamiliar territory. They say, even with the lifting of many restrictions, many shoppers have indicated they are still uncomfortable visiting stores in-person, keeping e-commerce platforms a viable tool in the current business world.
Normally, Eggs and Issues seminars are breakfast events but have been held virtually over the past year.
The cost for the March 5 workshop is $10 for chamber members. The event will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. via ZOOM video conference. Businesses can register online at www.greaterbinghamtonchamber.com
