The Binghamton Bearcats host the Albany Great Danes tonight (Monday) at 7:00 PM at the Events Center in Vestal.  The Great Danes are 2-2 in America East and 14-5 overall.  Going into the weekend the Great Danes were ranked 23rd in the CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major-Top-25 Poll. The Bearcats are 9-9 overall and 0-3 in America East.

Albany has proven to be a formidable foe over the years for Binghamton teams.  The Great Danes have defeated the Bearcats in the last 14 consecutive meeting.  Overall the Great Danes have a commanding 70-29 advantage in the series and have won 20 of 33 meetings in America East play.

The Great Danes dropped their first two conference games before coming up with wins against Stony Brook and Maine.  Junior guard Joe Cremo leads the Great Danes in scoring averaging 17.8 points per game good for fourth place in America East.  The Bearcats top gun is J.C. Show scoring an average of 14.8 points per contest which is ninth in the conference.

Coverage begins at 6:45 tonight from the Events Center on News Radio 1290 WNBF.  Following tonight's game the Bearcats travel to Stony Brook for an evening contest this Thursday at 7 PM.
