Bearcats Soccer Hosts Big Red

The Binghamton Bearcats men's soccer team hosts the Cornell Big Red Wednesday night at 7:00 PM at the Bearcats Sports Complex.  BU split a road series at Northern Illinois over the weekend defeating Northern Illinois 1-0 on Friday and dropping a 4-0 decision to Loyola-Chicago on Sunday.  Currently, Loyola-Chicago is ranked 15th in the nation.

With the weekend split the Bearcats stand at 3-1-2.  Mike Burbank leads the offense with two goals and two assists.  Alejandro Cubillo has been excellent in goal with three shutouts in the young season.

Cornell enters the match with a record of 0-3-1.  The Big Red suffered a road loss at American University Sunday.  The final score ended up in favor of American 5-2.
