Winter parking regulations are in effect in several Broome County municipalities.

Alternate side of the street parking in the City of Binghamton is on an odd-even system that takes effect each evening.  Drivers are advised to park for the next day as of 5pm. Some areas are exempt from the rules, they are marked by signs.

Alternate side of the street parking is also in effect in Johnson City taking effect in the overnight hours each day.

In Endicott, there's no parking on village streets or municipal lots between one-am and six-am through April first.

In Vestal, no vehicles can be parked on town or county roads between 2am and 6am through April first.

And there's no parking on roadways in the Town of Union after a two-inch snowfall.
