Drugs Found in Stop for Traffic Violation in Greene

Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]A Windsor man is being held in the Chenango County Jail after New York State Police say they found hallucinogenic and stimulant drugs in his vehicle.

Troopers stopped 23 year old Tylor Airwyke at 2:16 p.m. March 25 on State Highway 12 in Greene for a traffic violation.

Authorities say they found the stimulant known as MDMA or “Ecstasy” as well as cocaine and marijuana in the vehicle.

In addition to being charged with three felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor marijuana possession, Airwyke was found to be driving with a suspended license.

Airwyke was sent to the Chenango County Jail on $25,000 bail.
