The Binghamton Rumble Ponies are set for baseball tonight...the question is will Mother Nature cooperate?  The Rumble Ponies remain home to begin a three-game series against the New Hampshire FisherCats at 6:35 tonight (6:20 on News Radio 1290 WNBF).

The Rumble Ponies are 3-2 while the Fisher Cats are 4-6.  Binghamton has played the fewest number of games in the Eastern League.

The Rumble Ponies have lost games to weather-related issues six of the last seven days.  In that span there have been five outright postponements and one game that got suspended in the first inning.  On the first 11 days of the Rumble Ponies schedule six games have had to be rescheduled due to everything from snow, wet grounds and rain to a malfunctioning sprinkler system.

The failure to complete a game during this six out of seven day stretch is the highest total in both Binghamton Mets and Binghamton Rumble Ponies history. Binghamton remains home through Wednesday night before heading out for three games in Erie and three more in Akron.
