An Endwell man is accused of robbing and threatening a wheelchair-bound person.

New York State Police say 43 year old Donald Card is charged with felony robbery and felony intimidating a witness as well as a violation of unlawful possession of marijuana.

Authorities responded to a 911 report of a robbery at a home on Delaware Avenue at 9:29 p.m. May 5 where a man reportedly forcibly took a wallet from the victim and fled.

At around 3:15 p.m. the next day, Troopers went back to the location on a report that Card had returned, broken a window and threatened the victim before again fleeing the scene.

Troopers found Card at his home later that day and took him into custody.

He was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
