A Waverly man is facing felony charges following a six-month investigation into drug activity. 


Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]Village Police say 54-year-old Carl Simpson was arrested October 23 during a traffic stop on Pine Street. 

He’s charged with two counts each of felony criminal drug sale and possession and Police say more charges are pending.

Police say in addition to the charges from the lengthy investigation, they found Simpson in possession of additional methamphetamine during his arrest.

Simpson was sent to the Tioga County Jail to await further court action.
