A Binghamton man and a Johnson City woman have been arrested after a break-in at a home in the Town of Chenango.

Authorities say 44-year-old Jamie Levene and 28-year-old Christina Martinez face felony charges.

According to New York State Police, Levene has been charged with second-degree burglary and Martinez has been charged with criminal possession of stolen property.

Investigators say tens of thousands of dollars worth of property was reported stolen from a residence on Wilson Hill Road.

The homeowner told police a known person entered the house without permission and stole the items.

Some of the property that was taken was sold at a pawn shop.

Leven was being held at Broome County Jail. Martinez was released on appearance tickets.
