A number of facilities in the Town of Owego are back in business including the Town Hall, Hickories Park for camping and the bathrooms and the fireworks and concerts in the park.

Town officials are holding off a decision on opening pavilion and playground facilities at the park.

Owego town employees are back to work at sites that meet the necessary health and safety requirements.

Town court system transactions are currently suspended but clerks are available to answer questions. No landlord/tenant transactions can be addressed until further notice.

At Town Hall, face masks are required and latex-style gloves are suggested.  Hand sanitizer is located inside the front entrance for visitors to use and each department will have social distance markers and glass or plexiglass barrier protection.

All people will enter Owego Town Hall through the main entrance and use emergency exits to leave the building.

Anyone who is not feeling well should stay at home.
