An Endicott police car collided with a vehicle on the village's North Side, sending an officer and two other people to the hospital.

Authorities say the crash happened around 5:45 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Oak Hill Avenue and Watson Boulevard.

According to a police department news release, the marked patrol vehicle was southbound on Oak Hill Avenue. It crashed into a car that was eastbound on Watson Boulevard.

The police officer and two others were taken to Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City for treatment of what were believed to be minor injuries.

The names of those who were hurt were not released.
