Less than five months after a devastating arson fire, kids are once again playing at the OurSpace adaptive playground in Binghamton.

Police were called to the 300 block of Badger Avenue around 6:20 p.m. Tuesday.

Endicott Police, conducting a Missing Person investigation, say they have spoken to the man and he "is well."
