After an open date on their schedule last night the Binghamton Rumble Ponies open a three-game series in Harrisburg against the Senators tonight (Tuesday) at 6:30 (air at 6:15 P.M.). The Rumble Ponies face the team with the best record in the Eastern League.  Harrisburg is off to a great start with a record of 23-6. They are 12-3 at home.  Binghamton is 16-10 and one half game out of first place in the Eastern League's Eastern Division.

Anthony Kay starts on the mound for the Rumble Ponies.  He brings a 2-2 record into tonight's game with an ERA of 1.52. In his last three outings Kay has given up just one run and seven hits.  Kay will be tested by the slugging Senators who lead the Eastern League in home runs with 33...averaging over one home run per game.

Harrisburg's parent team, the Washington Nationals, are a National League team which means there is no designated hitter and pitchers will bat.  It is the first time the Rumble Ponies play a National League team this season.
