Following an off day yesterday (Thursday) the Binghamton Rumble Ponies begin a six-game homestand tonight as they host the New Hampshire Fisher Cats at 7:05 (6:50 on News Radio 1290 WNBF) at NYSEG Stadium.  The Rumble Ponies finished a week-long trip on the road with stops in Erie and Akron.

In the last game of the trip in Akron on Wednesday night Binghamton notched a 4-1 win to raise its record to 9-8. Corey Oswalt upped his record to 2-2 with a six inning stint.  He struck out seven RubberDuck batters.  Champ Stuart stole three bases to help key the win for the Rumble Ponies..

The Fisher Cats come into NYSEG Stadium with a record of 7-12.  Tonight New Hampshire will start Shane Dawson on the hill.  He faces Binghamton's Casey Delgado. The Fisher Cats are Toronto's Eastern League affiliate.  The Trenton Thunder pace the Eastern League's Eastern Division with a record of 12-7.
