The Binghamton Rumble Ponies scheduled game tonight (Monday) in Portland, Maine has been snowed out. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Friday, May 3 beginning at 5:00 P.M.

At 2:30 PM Accuweather indicated snow, freezing rain and rain in the Portland area.  1 to 2 inches of snow is likely there today.

Winds were gusting up to 39 miles per hour.  At noon Hadlock Field, the home stadium for the Sea Dogs, had a coating of snow on it.

The Rumble Ponies are 2-2 after splitting their four-game series in New Hampshire over the weekend. Portland is 1-3. The Sea Dogs and Rumble Ponies are scheduled for a 6:00 P.M. game Tuesday night (air at 5:45 P.M. on News Radio 1290 WNBF).

Binghamton's scheduled starter for Tuesday's game is Harol Gonzalez while Dedgar Jiminez is set to be on the mound for Portland. The Rumble Ponies return home to host the Erie Seawolves in the NYSEG Stadium opener on Thursday night. Game time is set for 6:35 P.M.
