Yogi Berra may have said it best ..."it's Deja Vu all over again".  Yogi was referring to the back- to- back slugging power of baseball greats Mickey Mantle and Mickey Mantle.  In this case it is back- to- back rainouts for the Binghamton Rumble Ponies. Tonight's (Monday's) game in New Hampshire has been postponed and will be played as part of a doubleheader on May 18th beginning at 5:35 PM.  It is the third game postponed by bad weather in the first two weeks of the season.

The Rumble Ponies also had their game in Portland postponed on Sunday.  Binghamton won its first three games at home against Portland but since then are 0-5.

Slugging first baseman Peter Alonso continues to pace Binghamton batters.  He is hitting .370 with three home runs and six RBI.  Tomas Nido, recently called up to New York, was batting .278 with five RBI.  Tim Tebow is 5-25 for a .200 batting average.  Tebow has hit one home run and a double in seven games played.
