Another series...another rainouut for the Binghamton Rumble Ponies.  Heavy rain throughout much of the day has forced postponement of tonight's (Tuesday's) scheduled game between the Binghamton Rumble Ponies and the Richmond Flying Squirrels at NYSEG Stadium.  The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader tomorrow (Wednesday) beginning at 5:35 PM (air at 5:20 on News Radio 1290 WNBF).

Tuesday's postponement is the fourth home game postponed due to poor weather conditions in the first two months of the season.  In addition three road games have also been postponed.  That brings to seven the number of postponements for the Rumble Ponies so far in 2018.

This is a huge weekend homestand for Binghamton.  Following tomorrow's doubleheader the Flying Squirrels remain in town for a single game on Thursday morning. The Baseball in Education game begins at 10:35 AM.

The Bowie Baysox come to NYSEG Stadium for four games over the Memorial Day weekend.  The series includes Binghamton Spiedies night sponsored by Lupo's on Saturday at 6:05 P.M. The Rumble Ponies will wear special uniforms and for that night become the "Binghamton Spiedies"  Lupo's will be serving up ten different kinds of spiedies for fans to purchase and the Rumble Ponies are selling special tickets that get fans into the game and include a spiedie sandwich.
