Queens Man Accused of Touching a Sleeping Chenango Woman

A downstate man is accused of forcibly touching the intimate parts of a woman in the Town of Chenango while she was sleeping.

Broome County Sheriff’s Deputies say they arrested 34 year old Lenhart Jack of Queens shortly before 2:30 yesterday morning at a home on Oak Hill Road.

Officials say Jack is charged with forcible touching, was arraigned at the new central arraignment facility and sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
