The Binghamton Rumble Ponies host the Bowie Baysox tonight (Thursday) at 6:35 (air at 6:20 at News Radio 1290 WNBF).  The win for Bowie evened the three-game series at one win apiece.

P.J. Conlon was in command on the mound for Binghamton and took a 6-3 lead into the eighth inning.  After giving up hits to the first two batters he faced in the eighth Conlon departed for reliever Cory Burns.  That's when the Baysox caught fire.  The first seven batters to face Burns got on base and Bowie sent 11 batters to the plate against Burns and scored seven runs on seven hits to move to a 10-6 lead.  The Ponies could never battle back.

With the loss last night Binghamton falls to 37-28.  David Thompson continues his torrid hitting and has driven in nine runs in his past five games.
