The Binghamton Rumble Ponies are back in town and are scheduled to host the Reading Fightin Phils in a three-game series beginning tonight at 7:05 (air at 6:50 on News Radio 1290 WNBF).  It is the only visit that Reading makes to NYSEG Stadium this season. Casey Delgado is the scheduled starter on the mound for Binghamton in the opener series opener.

Yesterday, the Rumble Ponies fell in Erie 2-1 in an afternoon game.  The win for the Seawolves  gave them a sweep in that three game series.  It was the first three-game series sweep of the season for Rumble Ponies opponents.

P.J. Conlon gave up both Erie runs over seven innings of work.  His record falls to 5-5.  A.J. Ladwig earned the win for Erie going 6.2 innings and giving up Binghamton's lone run.

Saturday night's game begins at 7:05 PM while  on Fahter's Day (Sunday) the teams meet at 1:05 PM. The Ponies have a day off on Monday and then host the Bowie Baysox  next Tuesday through Thursday with 6:35 games.
