The Binghamton Rumble Ponies went to extra innings to defeat the New Hampshire Fisher Cats 7-6 Sunday at NYSEG Stadium. The game went 11 innings and took 3 hours and 57 minutes to complete.  Luis Guillorme plated David Thompson with a single after Thompson doubled to lead off the 11th.

With the win the Rumble Ponies moved to 11-9 this season as they took two out of three in the series against the Fisher Cats. Tim Peterson earned the win in relief. Champ Stuart set the stage for extra innings with a solo home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to tie the game at 6-6.  The Rumble Ponies continued to battle back after falling behind 5-1 after two innings of action.

The Rumble Ponies remain home to host the Akron RubberDucks in a three-game series beginning Monday night at 6:35.  The game can also be heard on News Radio 1290 WNBF beginning at 6:20 PM.
