Ponies at Yard Goats
The Binghamton Rumble Ponies are in Hartford again tonight to face the Yard Goats. The first pitch is set for 7:05 with air scheduled for 6:50 on News Radio 1290 WNBF. Last night Hartford jumped on starter P.J. Conlon for seven runs early and held on for the 7-6 win. Conlon lasted just three innings against the Hartford attack.
Tonight Corey Oswalt starts for Binghamton. He puts a 4-3 record on the line. His opponent on the hill is Ryan Castellani who is 5-6 this season. David Thompson had a couple of hits for the Rumble Ponies and now has hit safely in ten consecutive games.
The Rumble Ponies return to NYSEG Stadium for a weekend series against the Harrisburg Senators. Game one in that series is set for Friday night.
