City of Binghamton Police report no real new officials information in connection with the disappearance of a First Ward man earlier this month but are continuing to follow up on leads from the public.

Police at 11 a.m. August 27 put out a news release asking for the public’s help in finding 73-year-old James Andrews. Andrews, who is said to suffer from undisclosed health issues, was last seen at the beginning of the month at his home on Gregory Lane.

Investigators have only said now they believe Andrews may have been missing for some time before the missing person report was filed August 17.

Andrews is white, stands 5', 8" tall, weighs 155 pounds and has blue eyes and grey hair.
