
New York is Taking Applications for 76West Clean Energy Contest
New York State has$2.5 million in incentives available for companies with clean-energy ideas.

Governor Andrew Cuomo has announced the fourth round of the 76West Clean Energy Competition. Applications for the six awards are being taken through April 15.
Past winners include C4V on the Huron Campus in Endicott that was awarded $500,000 in 2016 for its production of batteries for telecommunications systems and other industries needing long-term energy storage and EthosGen, which was awarded $230,000 in 2017 as it moved its research and development operation from Wilkes-Barre to the NYSERDA incubator at Binghamton University.
