18-year-old Andrew Crysel has had two counts of criminal possession of a weapon and one count of attempted criminal possession of a weapon dismissed.

Earlier this year the weapons counts against co-defendant 20-year-old Brian Colaneri were also dropped.

The two are part of a group of four accused of plotting to attack Islamberg near Hancock.  Also accused are 19-year-old Vincent Vetromile and an unnamed 16-year-old boy.

There are still conspiracy charges pending.

The group from the Greece and Rochester areas are accused of planning to accumulate weapons to launch an attack on the Muslim enclave in Delaware County.
