Man Cashes Checks With No Funds

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say an Endwell man is accused of cashing several checks at a local bank, knowing he didn’t have the funds, causing over $2,000 in loss to the bank.

51 year old William Banks is charged with felony grand larceny, two counts of misdemeanor petit larceny and three counts of misdemeanor passing a check with insufficient funds.

He’s been ordered to appear in Town of Dickinson Court at a later date.
